Mila Kunis flashed a huge diamond ring on her finger on Thursday amid new reports she was engaged to her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher.

The bright flawless stone set on a simple band setting caught the light as the 30-year-old happily showed off her hands.

The 30-year-old made no attempt to hide the sparkler while shopping at The Grove outdoor mall with her mother Elvira.

The engagement was confirmed on Thursday by E! News who quoted a source who said the couple planned to marry.

Mila has been dating her 36-year-old That 70s Show co-star Ashton for two years.

The actress shared an Instagram photo of herself and Ashton sporting huge smiles on Wednesday with the caption reading, 'I love you @kutcher78'.

The pair frequently have been the subject of engagement reports and with Ashton's divorce to his first wife Demi Moore newly confirmed, it seems this time it could be for real.

Mila and Ashton started dating following his split from 51-year-old ex-wife Demi.

Ashton and Demi married in September 2005 and she announced in 2011 that they were splitting up.

Nearly a year after Ashton filed for divorce it was finalised in November 2013.

Mila recently revealed that she and her beau like nothing better than a casual night out together.

'We have a thing called white T-shirt night and it's when you wear jeans and a white T-shirt and you go on a date,' she told Cosmopolitan magazine.

'Nothing fancy, it's just something that you love to do. And whether that's bowling or dinner or going to a cheese shop and have some wine or walking around.'

The Black Swan earlier this month threw a surprise party for Ashton's 36th birthday.

Mila rented out one of Ashton's favourite restaurants La Poubelle in Hollywood for the birthday party and invited a bunch of his friends.
