Dan wasn't exactly careful when he grabbed Janice and threw her off his roof, and she ended up breaking her foot after smacking it against the side of the pool.
She casually tweeted about the experience the same day.

But now that she claims to have missed several jobs due to her injury, Janice seems to be taking her headfirst toss into the pool a bit more seriously.
The porn star tells TMZ in a new interview that she won't be able to return to work for several more weeks, and she feels that Dan should pay her the money she'll be missing out on in the meantime. Oh, and she says an apology would also be nice!

We're not surprised that Janice was injured by the fall. Dan roughly grabbed the 19-year-old porn star by the crotch with one hand, and clutched her boob with the other as he prepared for the toss.
He may look strong, but Dan still didn't manage to hurl Janice far enough to clear the edge of his pool.
Now it looks like he's going to have to suffer the consequences - not that we're complaining.
