Two weeks remain in the Premier League season, but the table is far from set-even as we head into Week 37.
The EPL has been thrilling since Week 1. As we head into the final stretch of the season, multiple teams remain in the fight for one of the coveted top four spots. With a Champions League berth on the line, look for the EPL's best to shine.
Week 36 action was, well, interesting. Fulham started hot and then faltered in typical Fulham fashion. Everton were able to score twice-on themselves. Chelsea were able to oust Liverpool, making the race for the top spot on the table even more competitive.
Here's a look at everything from Week 36 with major implications on the rest of the EPL season. Even though there are only a handful of fixtures left, the ending of this season is sure to be memorable. Updated Season Outlook

Facing relegation, Fulham got off to a hot start against Hull City. Their 2-0 lead in the match wouldn't last, however, as Hull came storming back to tie the match at two goals apiece. That would be the end of the scoring, and the draw certainly doesn't help either team's aspirations of staying clear of the relegation zone. Hull are just a few points clear at the moment.
Swansea City and Manchester United were both able to net four goals and take care of their opponents with relative ease. United, currently No. 7 on the table, have turned it on a bit too late. With 60 points, United sit far from the No. 4 team (Arsenal, 70 points).
Everton really hurt themselves on Saturday. Their Champions League hopes are starting to dwindle, as two own goals were the only goals scored in their match against Southampton:

Antolin Alcaraz and Seamus Coleman netted those two goals in the first half of play. Even after the break, Everton simply could not overcome the blunders. It was a crushing defeat against a decent Southampton team that normally wouldn't give Everton issues.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez spoke to the BBC about how difficult it was for his team to overcome the early mistakes: 'We got stronger in the second half but we never had that confidence we normally have to get the goal to get back into the game. Everything that could have gone wrong defensively did.'
The biggest match of Week 36 was Sunday's bout between Liverpool and Chelsea.
The Reds entered the tilt with a five-point lead over the Blues, but that lead was lessened to two points after Chelsea's impressive showing at Anfield. Demba Ba and Willian netted a goal apiece for the Blues en route to what appeared to be an easy win.
The final stretch of the season will be crucial for both teams. Liverpool and Chelsea have relatively easy matches against Crystal Palace and Norwich City, respectively, in Week 37. It will really come down to Week 38.
Chelsea take on Cardiff City, a team that the Blues should be able to dispose of. Liverpool, meanwhile, will do battle with Newcastle. The Reds are far better, but Newcastle can be a sneaky team at this stage of the season.
On Monday, Arsenal will do battle with Newcastle. At No. 4 on the table, Arsenal will need to a win to ensure that they remain in the same position come Week 37 action. Despite Newcastle's No. 9 ranking, defeating them shouldn't be too difficult. Arsenal are the far superior squad.
