The Internet isn't just buzzing over the nude photos leaked of Jennifer Lawrence and other celebrities -- it's more like a raging five alarm fire.
If the ultimate violation of privacy wasn't bad enough, several female celebrities burned by the hack also became a target of online harassment.
Actress Mary E. Winstead, one of the stars reportedly victimized by the hacking, took to Twitter shortly after the news broke to express her dismay.
'To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves,' she wrote Sunday night.
'Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only image the creepy effort that went into this,' she continued. 'Feeling for everyone who got hacked.'
While many of her fans offered condolences, many trolls blamed the victim.
'Stop posing nude on camera, dummy,' one tweeter responded. 'Your husband not know what you look like nude? #LessonLearned'

'Most people in the public eye ignore things they don't want ppl to be interested in,' another wrote. 'Almost like you're enjoying the attention.'
Other responses were downright degrading and disgusting. The feedback caused Winstead to reevaluate why she even spoke out in the first place.
'Great day for the block button!' she tweeted.
'Going on an internet break,' she added. 'Feel free to (read) my @'s for a glimpse of what it's like to be a woman who speaks up about anything on twitter.'
Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney was also among the females victimized. Her original post tweet about the scandal read, 'The fake photos of me are crazy!! Was trying to rise above it all, and not give 'the creator' the time of day .. BUT ..'
She add a photo of a statue of Jesus Christ with the words, 'You sir, need Jesus.'

Fans wrote in support of her while others mocked the silver medalist.
'This literally made my night better after that whole mess last night,' one detractor wrote. 'Glad to see your life has been destroyed.'
'Shout out to my fans for defending me all day long,' Maroney tweeted Monday. 'Even when things got weird u stood by me. And that meant the world.'
Victoria Justice, also among the long list of female celebs allegedly exposed in the photo dump, took a more comical approach in her response.
'These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in bud right now,' she tweeted. '*pun intended*'
She too has received a slew of inappropriate replies, but has yet to offer any feedback on them.
