If last week's Star Wars: Episode 7 cast members weren't the stars you're looking for, take heed - there's more casting announcements to come.
On Sunday, May 4 - that's Star Wars Day for those keeping score at home - Episode 7 director J.J. Abrams and script writer Lawrence Kasdan posted a short video greeting online for fans, in which Abrams promised hinted that more casting news was on its way.
'We are desperately missing our families back in California,' Abrams said in the video, shot in London, where Star Wars Episode 7 production is taking place. 'So as casting announcements continue and as production ramps up, we would like to wish you a very happy Star Wars Day.'
Star Wars: Episode 7 made its first official casting announcement on April 29, with original trilogy stars Mark Hammill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford - Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Han Solo - confirmed to appear in the upcoming film.
The three will join Star Wars newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow in Episode 7, which is scheduled for a Dec, 18, 2015 release.
Meanwhile, the official Star Wars Instagram account posted its own Star Wars Day celebration image on May 4: a selfie of Chewbacca standing behind Disney CEO Bob Iger.
