Hot News: Puck Daddy's picks for the 2014 NHL Awards in Vegas

The 2014 NHL Awards are scheduled for 7 p.m. ET at the Wynn Las Vegas, and will feature a cavalcade of stars including:

- The guy who played Angel

- The fat dude from 'Modern Family'

- 'Show Me The Money'

- Something called David Walton.

- Retta from 'Parks and Rec'

- Anze Kopitar

- Phillip Phillips

- Danny DeKeyser

- A taped segment from James Lipton

- Gary Bettman. Probably.

Also appearing are hip-hop dance crew Jabbawockeez, on the same stage as Doc Emrick, who better damn well say 'Jabbawockeez' once because we need a new ringtone.

But the real stars are the awards, and your friends at Puck Daddy - Greg Wyshynski, Sean Leahy, Harrison Mooney, Jen Neal and Ryan Lambert - and Yahoo Sports - Nick Cotsonika and Sam McCaig - pick the winners from the finalists for each major award, keeping in mind that the Mark Messier Leadership Award isn't one.

Well that's pretty much across the board for Sidney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon, and nearly there for Ryan O'Relly and Patrice Bergeron. As expected, the Vezina and the Norris will produced the most drama; but could we see an upset in the Jack Adams?
