'The Fappening' strikes again - several more female celebrities have allegedly fallen victim to the hacker who exploited a loophole in Apple's iCloud in order to gain access to private nude photos. Jennifer Lawrence has been victimized again, and new photos from Gabrielle Union, Kim Kardashian, and more have been released.

This is so awful. It's facetiously called ' The Fappening' or 'Celebgate,' but really, these terms refer to the spate of crimes that occurred when an anonymous hacker leaked hundreds of photos of nude celebrities to the internet at large without their consent. The initial flood was unleashed in late August, but on Sept. 20, even more photos leaked of Jennifer Lawrence, 24, as well as photos of Kim Kardashian, 33, Rihanna, 26, and more. The Fappening: Rihanna & More Are Victims Of Second Round Of Nude Photo Leaks

Jennifer was the most highly-publicized victim of the first flood of photos, and it's so unfortunate that this has happened to her again. This isn't the first time that someone has leaked nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens, 25, but it happened again on Sept. 20. The same goes for Rihanna, another of the latest victims.

Most famous for her appearance in Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines' video, alleged photos of Emily Ratajkowski, 23,have also been leaked.

When Gabrielle Union's photos leaked, her team told TMZ that they would be contacting the FBI. In her joint statement with husband Dwyane Wade, 34, Gabrielle, 41, condemned the hacker and offered her love and support to her fellow victims; she also reiterated the fact that she had done nothing wrong in taking the photos. The Fappening: Hacker Who Released Scarlett Johannson's Photos Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison

Many have chosen to point out that some of these celebrities have already posed naked in the past; however, that was their choice. Having their phones hacked was not their choice, nor was having their private photos unleashed to the world. (Don't be that person who blames the victim!)

It's surprising that a second wave of photos have been released considering that many celebrities promised to contact the FBI the first time around; indeed, the FBI even admitted that a case was developing but they could not reveal further details.

Is the hacker so unafraid of getting caught? Is he so confident? It would be awful for him to go free.

The hacker who released Scarlett Johannson's nude photos in Sept. 2011 was sentenced in Dec. 2012 to 10 years in prison for releasing Scarlett's photos as well as Christina Aguilera's, Mila Kunis', and more.

During the first round of leaks, many celebrities denied the authenticity of the photos, like Ariana Grande and Hilary Duff. McKayla Maroney initially denied the photos, as well, before claiming that she was underage when they were taken; therefore, to distribute them is to distribute child pornography. Victoria Justice also denied the photos on Twitter before promising legal action.

Our heart goes out to the victims. HollywoodLifers, what do you think about this mess? Let us know. - Amanda Mitchell More Photo Hack News:
