After I buy this New Dell Inspiron Desktop (i3647-2308BK) (Personal Computers)

disappointed.. no back up disc, no manual of any sort, loaded with the usual bunch of Dell pal stuff I don't want. Have to buy a lot of programs that switching from an older operating system mandates.. a lot like Obamacare..
