24: Live Another Day's July 14 finale was a thrilling and action-packed end to a great season. TV's most beloved action hero returned for one last go at saving the world. However, is Jack Bauer's (Kiefer Sutherland) story ever really over and could the show possibly make another epic return? HollywoodLife.com found out that scoop when we chatted with executive producers Manny Coto and Evan Katz for a group interview. '24: Live Another Day': Will Jack Bauer Return For Another Season?

24 fans were overwhelmed with joy when the hit show announced it would be returning after four years for a 12-episode special season. The return of Jack, beloved characters from the original show and the high-paced and intense storylines were a treat for fans.

After the finale, Jack still lives on to save the people he loves from harm. So, could there be more to Jack's story? Executive producers Manny and Evan reveal whether or not Jack could return for another season.

'Well, all it really takes is a story that fires us up,' Manny said in a group interview. 'That's what kind of got us excited about doing this season, frankly; the fact that Jack was a fugitive and that we had a really fun and interesting place to start him and the fact that Chloe was also in a similar situation.'

Manny also details the main reason that could see the return of Jack in the form of another season.

'I think what would draw us back, if that were ever to happen, and that's definitely up in the air, would be; we or somebody presents an interesting take on Jack's character and where he is, which would suggest a great season.'

Manny, Evan and the entire 24: Live Another Day cast certainly did a fantastic job of bringing a new and incredible storyline for fans to enjoy in the ninth season. Seeing Jack, Heller (William Devane), Audrey (Kim Raver) and Chloe (Mary Lynn Rajskub) all back together on our TV screens was a sight to behold.

At the end of the day, Jack's story is never really over. After nine seasons, Jack continues to live another day and we hope to see 24 live on in the form of another season.
