New Year is marked as a beginning of the fresh New Year or calendar year. Celebrations of New Year take place in all over the world. In Toronto, 'concerts' and 'late night parties' are held at Niagara Falls. People of Mexico, 'decorate their homes' and 'wear clothes' in four colors like 'Red' for lifestyleand love, 'Yellow' for employment conditions, 'Green' for financial circumstances and 'White' for health. While, in European countries like Belgium, New Year's Eve is called as 'Sint Sylvester Vooravond' or 'Oudjaar'. In Austria, all TV and Radio operated by ORF telecasts the sound of 'Pummerin' in Vienna. Pummerin is a bell of St. Stephen's Cathedral.
