Shia LaBeouf shocked the world when he said that he was raped during his one-man performance art show, but at least one other celebrity is NOT sympathizing with the actor.
And that person is Piers Morgan!
Shia LaBeouf had revealed in an interview that one woman had 'whipped my legs for ten minutes and then stripped my clothing and proceeded to rape me' at the one man show he did earlier this year in Los Angeles. But Piers Morgan recently took to Twitter to share how he felt about Shia's claims, and they were NOT pretty!
Here's what he wrote:
'Shia LaBeouf's claim to have been 'raped' is truly pathetic & demeans real rape victims. Grow up, you silly little man...A Hollywood actor sitting with a paper bag over his head who did nothing as he claims a woman 'raped' him has not been raped...People are actually defending Shia LaBeouf. The world's gone mad...He's invented a supposed 'rape' for cheap PR - utterly shameful...Shia LaBeouf invited people to do they want to him, then let a woman 'rape' him without doing or saying a word? Utterly ridiculous...The supposed 'rapist' is easily traceable, this was a public event. I suggest Mr LaBeouf now calls the police to report his 'rape'...LaBeouf wants us to believe his girlfriend came in after the 'rape' but he didn't say a word to her in the name of 'art'. REALLY??'
Wow! We guess Piers really does NOT believe Shia about his claims!
Many of Piers's followers on Twitter have called him out for victim shaming Shia, and certain magazines seem to agree with that, as well.
Piers Morgan should use his journalism experience and do a bit more digging into this matter! Maybe call Shia LeBeouf up and talk to him for himself!!!
Now that'd be some real journalism!
