Is "Anger Management" star and tiger blood connoisseur Charlie Sheen off the market once again? He got all of his Twitter followers wondering on Sunday (Jan. 5) when he tweeted the above picture of himself and girlfriend Brett Rossi.In the Twitpic, Sheen and porn star Rossi are sitting outside a white house and Sheen captions the photo, "this is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it's also where S and I GOT MARRIED! c #RumorMilUhPede."But a rep for the actor tells GossipCop that Sheen and his lady friend did not tie the knot and that Sheen was just joking around. Two things Sheen did do, though -- he got a tattoo and he called new "Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher "lame."If Sheen ever does get married again, that'll be wife No. 4 for the TV star. He was previously married to Donna Peele, Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.
