The Muppets stars Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy have recorded a personal message of congratulations for Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to the royal couple's first child yesterday, and Kermit and Miss Piggy have sent their own special greeting for the new parents.
"Kind of makes you want to have a royal child of your own, doesn't it Kermie?" Piggy asked her other half Kermit, who seemed unimpressed by the idea of the "pitter-patter of tadpole feet". "Tadpoles don't have feet," he replied.
Disney's Muppets Most Wanted, a sequel to 2011's The Muppets, will see the titular characters drawn into a European jewel heist with Ricky Gervais leading the cast. The film will open in cinemas in March 2014.
